We are you.  You are we.

We've been dancing for a long time.  While Elisabeth trained at one of the more prestigious schools in our country, Tanya and Leigh went to schools that were about two levels up from dolly dinkle, furthering our education through summer programs, professional training, and good ol' VHS tapes.  (Did we mention we've been dancing a long time?)  But no matter what kind of training we've all received, there are few shortcuts to figuring out the best way to master technique and artistry.  Of course you can get a coach, train intensely, cross-train, put in the blood, sweat, and tears.  But now that we've done that, what if we spent a little more time sharing what we've learned as a community?

We've spent the past few decades of our lives figuring out our bodies and figuring out the science of movement.  Let's get together, have a drink, learn about how the body actually works, and make technique work for you.

Dancers are smart.  Dance smarter.

Problems and Solutions

We will discuss what is bugging us and what can we do about it.

Try It

We will go through some exercises and ideas you can apply immediately.
