About Us

Dance Dissection is a series of workshops where kinesiology and biomechanics experts lead you through explanations and discussions that remove the BS, give it to you straight, and help you discover what works on your body.

We'll focus on common movement issues in a casual but totally scientifically-informed way, going over anatomy, discussing effective movement options, and letting you explore how your body fits into technique instead of forcing technique on your body.
