Break it Down: Arabesque & Penché

Is arabesque not your favorite? Your penché getting you down? Literally?! Or maybe you freakin' love your arabesque but you'd also love to know the mechanics of how its happening. This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to deconstruct these movements, learn your anatomy involved, and then practice some moves that will help you rediscover how to get your leg up and how to keep it solid. Bypass years of figuring it out, and add to your artistic arsenal.
